Interpretation Plan
The brief for this project was to create an interpretation plan for the West Calder Co-Operative Discovery Centre. The plan was to be made for the first floor of the old bakery building, and the client emphasised a desire to focus on themes of community and co-operative values. I decided to use the steps taken to become a member of a co-operative as a vehicle to tell the story of the co-operative’s history, as well as to teach its values.
